To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we promise, please ensure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for any incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of Coupon for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from HypedHype.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service, FedEx or UPS – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. HypedHype does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed considering the processing times, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 24-48 hours to process your order. Hipping times are just an estimate and don't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
